¹ELIGIBILITY
This Promotion is open and available to SoFi members who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of time of promotion period. Open to SoFi members who are legal residents of the 50 U.S. states/DC, 18+, with active SoFi Plus, Checking/Savings, and Crypto accounts. SoFi Plus status must be active at the time of an eligible crypto buy to qualify for the 1% match.

PROMOTION TIMING & PHASES
The Promotion runs from January 15, 2026 through December 31, 2026 and is divided into two phases. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must participate in the Offer Phase and maintain the digital assets through the Holding Phase.

Offer Phase (Buying Window): Jan 15, 2026 (9:00 a.m. ET) – March 30, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET).
Holding Phase (Holding Window): March 31, 2026 (12:00 a.m. ET) – December 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET).

HOW IT WORKS
SoFi Plus members can earn a 1% Match on Net Funded Crypto Buys made through SoFi Bank, N.A., capped at a total buy volume of $250,000.

Funding: Eligible crypto buys must be funded directly from your SoFi Checking & Savings.

Incoming crypto transfers do not qualify.

Calculation: The 1% Match is based on the total USD value of eligible crypto buys made during the Offer Phase, MINUS the value of any cash or digital asset withdrawals from your SoFi Crypto account at any time before Dec 31, 2026.

Selling digital assets does not reduce your match amount provided the proceeds remain in your SoFi Crypto account or are used to buy other digital assets.

1% MATCH CALCULATION EXAMPLES

Standard Buy and Hold
A SoFi Plus Member executes $1,000 worth of crypto buys during Offer Phase and holds the digital assets on platform through Dec 31, 2026.
1% Match: $10 in stablecoin.

Cash/Digital Asset Withdrawal
A SoFi Plus Member executes $1,000 worth of crypto buys during Offer Phase and withdraws $500 (cash or digital asset withdrawal) before Dec 31, 2026.
1% Match: $5 in stablecoin – 1% of the remaining $500 net funded amount.

Trading/Rebalancing Portfolio
A SoFi Plus Member executes a $1,000 BTC crypto buy. Later, sells $500 of BTC to buy ETH. No withdrawals made and holds digital assets on platform through Dec 31, 2026.
1% Match: $10 in stablecoin – 1% Match based on original net funding for crypto buys.

Market Value Changes
A SoFi Plus Member executes $1,000 worth of crypto buys. Market drops portfolio value to $800. No withdrawals made and digital assets held on platform through Dec 31, 2026.
1% Match: $10 in stablecoin – Market performance does not affect 1% match payout.

PAYOUT METHOD & TIMING
The 1% Match payout will be paid in a one-time bonus, in stablecoin, credited to the member's SoFi Crypto account. The stablecoin used for the match payout will be determined by SoFi at its discretion. The member must maintain an active SoFi Crypto account to receive the payout. Payments will begin at the conclusion of the promotion period on or around January 2027.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT TERMS

The SoFi Plus 1% Crypto Match Promo may be combined with other SoFi Crypto promos.
Promotion is non-transferable and limited to one per account.
SoFi reserves the right to exclude any members from participating in this Promotion for any reason, such as suspected fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity.
If SoFi suspects that there may have been fraudulent activity and/or a violation of these Terms & Conditions in connection with the Offer, or a violation of the customer agreement, SoFi reserves the right to either decline to grant the Match, or to rescind the Offer. SoFi reserves the right to liquidate any digital assets to make up for any shortfall.

SoFi also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.

²$1,000 Value of SoFi Plus membership: The value of a SoFi Plus membership varies depending on benefits used, and there is no guarantee you will reach or receive any specific value. $1,000+ estimated value is based on (i) the average activity of existing SoFi Plus members for the following benefits over a 12-month period and (ii) publicly available Urban Institute's American Affordability Tracker data regarding average annual grocery spending used to estimate potential Smart Card cash back rewards: an estimated $600 in annual cash back rewards at grocery stores with SoFi Smart Card (estimated earnings based on 5% cash back rewards on grocery store purchases and the average monthly grocery spend for a family of four, as reported in the Urban Institute's American Affordability Tracker, released October 2025. Actual rewards earned will vary based on household size, grocery spending, and card usage), an average of $17,000 deposited in a SoFi savings account with a 3.60% APY at the start of the 12-month period, $21,500 average annual spend on the SoFi Unlimited 2% Credit Card (with a 10% boost on cash-back rewards), and one additional 30-minute session (beyond the basic member benefit) with a certified financial planner, with an assumed value of $300. Other Plus benefits are available beyond those stated above. SoFi Credit Card cash back rewards are earned in the form of rewards points, and rewards points redeem at a rate of 1 cent per point. SoFi Plus members must be approved for a SoFi Credit Card or SoFi Smart Card in order to receive the corresponding benefits. Savings and spend assumptions are based on average activity from existing SoFi Plus members between the period of 10/1/2024 - 9/30/2025. Terms apply.

³ Active SoFi Plus members are eligible for a 2% match offer on qualifying recurring IRA contributions, up to their Internal Revenue Service (IRS) contribution limit, into their eligible new or existing SoFI IRA account. The match requires the funds and match to be maintained in the account that received the match for five (5) years from the settlement date. Matches are paid in cash within five (5) business days.
