ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open and available to SoFi Plus members who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of time of promotion period. SoFi Plus status must be active through the end of the calendar month the eligible crypto buy was executed in order to qualify for the 1% match.

HOW IT WORKS: SoFi Plus members can earn a 1% match on Net Eligible Crypto Buys, subject to a lifetime aggregate Eligible Crypto Buy cap of $250,000 per member.

Eligible Transactions: An "Eligible Crypto Buy" is a completed SoFi Crypto purchase transaction that (i) is funded directly from your Checkings and Savings account at SoFi Bank, N.A. and (ii) results in a successful purchase of Supported Digital Assets (excluding stablecoins or any cash-equivalent digital assets). "Supported Digital Assets" are those digital assets available for purchase on the SoFi Crypto platform, subject to the SoFi Crypto Account Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt:
    ○ Purchases funded from a source other than a SoFi Bank, N.A. Checking & Savings account, including incoming crypto transfers, do not qualify; and
    ○ Purchases of stablecoins or other cash equivalent digital assets do not qualify.

Calculation: The 1% match means you can earn a reward equal to 1% of your Net Eligible Crypto Buys each month. To calculate your Net Eligible Crypto Buys, we: (1) add up the total U.S. dollar value of your Eligible Crypto Buys completed during the calendar month, and (2) subtract the U.S. dollar value of any cash or crypto you withdraw or transfer from your SoFi Crypto account during that same month. The remaining amount is considered your Net Eligible Crypto Buys, and the 1% reward is based on that number.
    ○ For example: If you buy $1,000 in eligible crypto during the month but withdraw $400 from your account, your Net Eligible Crypto Buys would be $600, and the 1% match would be calculated on that $600.
    ○ If your withdrawals are equal to or greater than your eligible purchases, your Net Eligible Crypto Buys will be zero or negative, and you would not earn a reward for that month.
    ○ There is a lifetime cap of $250,000 in Eligible Crypto Buys that can qualify for the 1% match. Once you reach that total amount of qualifying purchases, you will no longer earn additional match rewards on future crypto buys.

1% Match Calculation Examples:

● Standard Buy and Hold
    ○ A SoFi Plus member executes $1,000 worth of crypto buys on 4/3/2026 and holds the digital assets on platform through 4/30/2026.
    ○ 1% Match: $10 in rewards points.

● Cash/Digital Asset Withdrawal
    ○ A SoFi Plus member executes $1,000 worth of crypto buys on 4/3/2026 and withdraws $500 (cash or digital asset withdrawal) before 4/30/2026.
    ○ 1% Match: $5 in rewards points - 1% of the remaining $500 net funded amount.

● Trading/Rebalancing Portfolio
    ○ A SoFi Plus member executes a $1,000 BTC crypto buy. Later, sells $500 of BTC to buy ETH. No withdrawals made and holds digital assets on platform through the end of the calendar month the buy was executed.
    ○ 1% Match: $10 in rewards points - 1% Match based on original net funding for crypto buys.

● Market Value Changes
    ○ A SoFi Plus member executes $1,000 worth of crypto buys. Market drops portfolio value to $800. No withdrawals made and digital assets held on platform through the end of the calendar month the buy was executed.
    ○ 1% Match: $10 in rewards points - Market performance does not affect 1% match payout.

● SoFi Plus Status Changes
    ○ A SoFi Plus member executes $1,000 worth of crypto buys on 4/3/2026, but loses SoFi Plus status on 4/27/2026.
    ○ 1% Match: $0 - Must maintain SoFi Plus status for the entirety of the month to receive the 1% match payout.

PAYOUT METHOD & TIMING:
The 1% Match payout will be paid out as rewards points within two (2) weeks of the end of the calendar month. The member must maintain an active SoFi Crypto account to receive the payout. Members must enroll in SoFi Member Rewards to redeem rewards points, but not to be eligible for the match. Rewards points are subject to the SoFi Member Rewards terms.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT TERMS:
The SoFi Plus 1% Crypto Match Promo may be combined with other SoFi Crypto promos. The members' account must be in good standing and not subject to restrictions. Promotion is non-transferable.

SoFi reserves the right to exclude any members from participating in this Promotion for any reason, such as suspected fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity.
If SoFi suspects that there may have been fraudulent activity and/or a violation of these Terms & Conditions in connection with the Offer, or a violation of the customer agreement, SoFi reserves the right to either decline to grant the Match, or to rescind the Offer. SoFi reserves the right to liquidate any digital assets to make up for any shortfall.
