Upon beginning the SoFi Crypto account opening process, Participants will have the opportunity to enter the Promotion by engaging an electronic claw to “grab” a promotion piece during account opening. Once “grabbed,” the Participant’s screen will display a dollar award amount from the possible award amounts identified in the section below. The award will be satisfied by crediting to the Participant’s SoFi Crypto Account the displayed dollar value of USDC or such other supported digital asset as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Award”), within ten (10) business days after the Participant has satisfied all Promotion eligibility requirements. If the Award is satisfied in a digital asset other than a stablecoin, the quantity credited will be based on the applicable market price at the time of fulfillment, as determined by Sponsor or its service provider. A Participant’s receipt of an Award is subject to that Participant’s eligibility and verification by Sponsor and/or its agent. A screenshot is not proof or evidence of winning an Award. If the Participant does not successfully complete SoFi Crypto account opening and onboarding, or if the Participant’s SoFi Crypto Account is not successfully opened or is restricted, suspended, closed, or otherwise not in good standing at the time the Award would otherwise be credited, then no Award will be granted. Each Participant has only one opportunity to participate in the Promotion and only the Award identified shall be credited to the Participant’s SoFi Crypto Account. All subsequent Participants will have the same opportunity and odds of selecting the Awards identified above. Participants will never compete against each other and one Participant’s award will not affect another Participant’s chances of selecting the same award amount. Not all award amounts will be selected and awarded. Once rewards have been credited to a SoFi Crypto Account, they are subject to market risk and may lose value. Digital assets, including stablecoins, involve risk and may fluctuate in value. Stablecoins may not maintain a stable value at all times, and other digital assets may be highly volatile. Conditions on Claiming Award: Awards will only be granted to persons who successfully complete both eligibility conditions: (i) opening a SoFi Crypto account and satisfy all onboarding requirements and (ii) within thirty (30) days of account opening, utilizing their one-time electronic claw “grab.” Participants are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in their email addresses or mobile number(s). An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be filed with the IRS in the name of any Participant who selects and receives an Award valued at $600.00 or more. Consent and Release: To the fullest extent possible by law, Participants themselves, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), agree to release, defend and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, dues, agreements, promises, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Promotion Entities which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall, or may have which in any way arise out of or result from Participant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of an award. YOU AND SPONSOR EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. YOU AND SPONSOR EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. TO THE EXTENT YOU HAVE AGREED TO AN ARBITRATION PROVISION IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR SOFI CRYPTO ACCOUNT, THAT ARBITRATION PROVISION IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE AND SHALL GOVERN ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
