The calculation and prize pool will reset and restart weekly during this period, every Monday at 12:00AM ET ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to New SoFi Crypto Members Only. New SoFi Crypto members are defined as 1. An individual who has not previously opened and/or has an existing SoFi Crypto account. 2. A legal resident of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia), who is at least 18 years of age and who has not previously opened a SoFi Crypto account. Employees of Social Finance, LLC and its affiliates are not eligible. QUALIFYING ACTIONS To qualify for an equal share of the weekly prize pool, an Eligible Participant must: 1. Successfully open a new SoFi Crypto account during a designated Weekly Prize Period. 2. Ensure the account is fully approved and in good standing. WEEKLY PRIZE PERIOD: The calculation and prize pool will restart weekly. Each "Weekly Prize Period" begins at 12:00 a.m. E.T. on the Start Date and ends at 11:59 p.m. E.T. on the End Date. Weekly Prize Period Start Date End Date Week 1 February 16, 2026 February 22 ,2026 Week 2 February 23, 2026 March 1,2026 Week 3 March 2, 2026 March 8,2026 Week 4 March 9, 2026 March 15,2026 Week 5 March 16, 2026 March 22,2026 Week 6 March 23, 2026 March 31,2026* *Note: Week 6 is an extended period to encompass the final days of the promotion through March 31st. PAYOUT CALCULATION: For each weekly Prize Period, SoFi will award a total promotional bonus of $100,000, payable in Bitcoin (BTC), to be split equally among all eligible participants who successfully opened a SoFi Crypto account during that Weekly Prize Period. 1. Calculation -The payout per member is calculated by dividing $100,000 by the total number of New SoFi Crypto Members who successfully opened an account during the applicable Weekly Prize Period. 2. Market Price - The per-participant bonus amount will be converted into Bitcoin (BTC) based on the market price of Bitcoin (BTC) at 12:00 AM ET on the Monday immediately following each applicable Weekly Prize Period. 3. Payout Method - Bonuses will be paid in Bitcoin (BTC) and credited directly to the Participant's SoFi Crypto account. 4. Payout Timing: - Bitcoin (BTC) bonus payout will be credited to the Participant's account within 10-15 business days following the close of the applicable Weekly Prize Period. ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT TERMS: Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. Bitcoin is a volatile asset. The USD value of any BTC awards are subject to market risk, may fluctuate significantly before and after the promotional bonus is credited, and may lose value.
