🍿  Is the box office back? AMC (AMC) narrowed its net loss as sales surged 36% in the second quarter. Global attendance, led by growth in the U.S., rose and food and bev spending per person reached a record. (Yahoo Finance)

🛻  Ford (F) said it will invest $5 billion to overhaul its EV-manufacturing process. The Michigan car giant said this new "universal EV platform" will allow it to sell EVs starting at $30,000 — far less than today's average price. (CBS News)
